跟 5D II 同步發表的廣角大光圈定焦鏡頭 Canon EF 24mm f/1.4L II USM，最主要的改變是採用了新的鍍膜，以及鏡片構成的改進。

在鍍膜上， Canon EF 24mm f/1.4L II USM 使用了 SWC（Subwavelength Structure Coating）新鍍膜，在入射角較大時，可以更有效地抑制鬼影及耀光，Canon 表示，日後對於廣角 L 新鏡， SWC 的採用將是一個新的特性。

在鏡片構成上， Canon EF 24mm f/1.4L II USM 為 10 群 13 枚，前代鏡頭為 9群11枚，主要是多採用一片非球面鏡片與UD鏡片，提昇成像的品質。

Canon EF 24mm f/1.4L II USM 是一支應用非常廣泛的鏡頭，無論是風景、人文、廣角人像、室內拍攝，都是拍攝上的利器。

Canon 預計在 2008/12 下旬發售此鏡，市場價格大約在 24 萬 6,750 日圓。

Canon 公佈 EOS 5D MK II

Canon (9/17)正式所發表 Canon EOS 5D Mark II，其錄影領域的規格，大概要讓獨立的製片者跌破眼鏡了，這已是畫時代的規格，可能要改寫許多獨立製片者對於錄影機器的選購觀點了！

我們將 5D Mark II 的錄影規格獨立出來做一檢視：

全片幅 DSLR ，感測範圍 36 x 24mm ( 可以說超越了那些百萬級的錄影機器！)
提供 Live View 功能，100% 視野涵蓋率，此時的螢幕更新率為 30 fps
DIGIC 4 影像處理引擎
感測器具備改進的 EOS 整合除塵系統 (E.I.C.S.)
在 Live View 模式，具備了 Full HD 1080 ( 1920×1080 )的錄影能力
支援 MIC 輸入端子，3.5mm 立體音收錄
HD ( 1920×1080 )錄影模式最多紀錄 12分鐘，VGA錄影模式最多紀錄 24分鐘
影片為 H.264 編碼; 38.6 Mbits/sec。
單一影片檔案最大 4 GB
在錄影模式下可以進行拍攝單張相片以及連拍相片，拍完即會繼續錄影

如同我們在前一篇新聞所述，這是全球第一部可以錄製 Full HD 的數位單眼，在 HD 錄影模式最多紀錄 12分鐘，影片為 H.264 編碼; 38.6 Mbits/sec。將是非常實用的紀錄機器！

Canon 系統具備豐富的鏡頭支援，在可以錄影之後，所呈現的影片多元性，將是過去家用 DV 玩家所難以企及的境界，雖然一般的家用 DV 用戶會因為 AF 以及操作控制的關係，不會真的選擇 EOS 5D Mark II 來錄影，但是 EOS 5D Mark II 對於玩家市場的衝擊及意義，可能將是一場時代的新革命，影響所及，會比 D90 來的深遠許多。

5D Mark II 預計售價在美金 US$2,699，比初階的工業級DV還要便宜許多！
